Our store environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all guests' right to privacy and serenity. Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume.

Please turn off all cell-phones or electronic devices upon arrival.

 

CHILDREN

As store is designed as an adult environment, please leave a little once at home... after all this is your time!

 

STORE POLICY

ARRIVAL TIME

We suggest you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. All store appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware, that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments.

 

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. A Skin Solutions is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

 

PRICES AND SERVICES

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.

 

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION

Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. Cancellations or rescheduling require 24-hour notice for any appointment or service. We will email, call ,or text to confirm you appointment. If your appointment is not confirmed within this notification period, your appointment is considered canceled. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. We can't accept opened and/or used products.

 

GIFT CARDS

Our Gift Cards has no expiration date and are available in any amount and may be purchased at the store or by calling 718.897.6388.  We will mail your  gift cards. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift cards in event of lost, misplaced or stolen. All sales are final on Gift Cards. Gift cards cannot be redeemed as cash.

 

PROMOS & DISCOUNTS

Promotions & discounts cannot be combined for services or products. All Promotional Deal purchased out of store for new client only. Voucher / Promotional Deals require VOUCHER NUMBER to schedule appointment.

 

PAYMENT

We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards We do not accept any personal or traveler's checks. Any gift cards, vouchers, or certificates must be mentioned at time of booking.

 

GRATUITIES

Gratuity is not included. Gratuities are typically 15-20% of the service. However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based upon your satisfaction.
